I sound like a broken record and no I don't work for BIR but after 19 trips to Bali I have tried them all. About 4 yrs ago I stumbled upon Baliu International Rafting with an easy walk down and about 60 easy well made steps up. It is also the longest rafting trip as they extended it an extra 3kms further on to lessen the steps at the end as some rafting companies have 400+ steps. We always buy our tickets from Made or Gede at the travel booth on Legian St just around from Melasti St by the statue of the big diver in front of the diving shop and in Feb paid 240,000 rups for the days outing which is the cheapest around as I tried to negotiate at several booths in Sanur closer to out hotel but in the end rang Made. All transport and a good buffet lunch is included. Happy rafting
