It cost me about 11c per minute to call Aus landlines and mobiles using Simpati last week.
If you want to sms Au mobile, you use + 61 3 62 3 99 568
You need to keep two copies of the mobile number in your phone, one for ringing, one for texting.
No need to use prefix if dialling an Bali phone number.
