We are currently staying in the Villa your enquiring about and all I can say is, you get what you pay for.
It is cheap for the space you get but looks can be deceiving.
The villa is managed by an Aussie woman who own's Villa Brawa Biru and 4 villa in Echo Beach, these are of a totally different standard and price though.
She does NOT own this particular villa, only leases it for 12 months and that expires at the end of July this year. She shows it booked out until Feb 2011 but that's because her lease is up and does not want enquiries thereafter.
The biggest disappointment is the pool area, there is no room for sun lounges or general sunbathing, that has to be done on the FRONT DRIVE WAY!! The pool rarely gets any sun due to it's enclosed Townhouse feel.
The property is apparently only 9 months old yet it has the feel and look of a 10 year old property. No air con in living area's, under powered air con in bedrooms, basically the house was built to a very poor standard.
If you are looking for CHEAP then this is the place but do NOT expect the typical Bali feel villa that the pictures may suggest.
