I stayed at AKK last November and construction was not a problem. I belive it is the Pullman Nirvana being built and due to open towards the end of the year. We stayed in a quadruple room which I would not do again as we had frosted windows, located on the second floor and no views. Could not fault the comfortable beds and cleanliness. I would maybe look at a Lanai room or a villa. I love Papa's Cafe which is attached to this hotel. I would not recommend the restaurant inside the hotel, very ordinary. The hotel put on a cocktail evening for guests and this was delightful. I thought the location of the hotel excellent, close to everything.
