my husband is confinded to a wheelchair and weve just come back from 9 days in Bali. the airline and airport staff were fantastic. we were a priority and moved through all channels swiftly. airport worker took me and our passports through fast track and we were out of the airport and queue free in no time. you would definately need a letter from your doctor describing your injuries as well as a letter for all medications (if you need them for pain etc)
