there have been very few users per flight, so no impact at all on the VIP service provided.
However, just as flights landing are a bit of a lottery, the number of people requiring express services may be a lottery too.
With the current Immigration procedures somewhat up in the air (so to speak) it will not be possible to predict the effectiveness of the service in terms of how much quicker it will be over and above non users.
However, what it does provide is peace of mind for a solo traveller and a concerned parent.
A bonus would be saving of a 2 hour wait in a non air conditioned hall surrounded by a crowd of other frustrated travellers, which can happen.
