We used Murti to do our VIPVOA last september. Myself and girlfriend were the only ones looked after by the rep. We landed at 215pm. Str8 through customs and our bags were at carousel by the time we got there.
Very quick. Other friends came in day before on same flight and had to wait two hours to get through.
