Dependent on your budget. The Dewi Sri in Kuta is a 3 star with very large sized family rooms that are 2 rooms separated by sliding doors. On the cheaper end but good value. Get the rooms on the lower levels as it's quite a climb to the upper levels.
Bali Garden Hotel is a 4 star hotel and great for families. Closer to the main Kuta area and on the beach and more expensive.
Then there's the Dynasty, which is also great for families, but even more expensive than BGH.
