happens all round the world. There are tourists who are not pure of heart. so i wouldn't necissarily blam the indonesians.
A female friend of mine was spiked a couple of years ago and i was spiked about fifteen years ago. I'm a big drinker but have never been that sick and unable to help myself as i was that night.
I know a guy who went to jail for spiking in Melbourne and not being a nice person after the fact.
So, where ever you are.....be aware!!!!
