Hi guys
So we are booking a surprise trip to bali for my mums 50th birthday, which my dad is paying for, and my sister and I want to organise a spa day for her while she is there. I think they are staying in Kuta, but it could be Ubud, or both. They are going sometime in June. What I am hoping to do is book a spa day and pay for it over the internet, so mum can just rock up and be pampered and not worry about anything.
Has anyone done something like this before? Is there a specific spa that is nice - either Ubud or Kuta? Is there a particular package that could be recommended? What kind of cost am I looking at? Is there a way I can get a driver to pick her up from her hotel - do spas provide this service sometimes?
Any information on this kind of thing will be helpful, I have been to Bali a few times before but my usual thing is to just walk in to a random spot.
Thanks in advance - I really want this trip to be special for mum, shes a wonderful person. I only wish I could go with her lol!
