We love the Hot Springs and go every time we are in Bali and also having lunch at the restaurant which overlooks the springs is enjoyable. The waters in the pools are green but this is due to the minerals in the water. There are stalls but all you have to do is say no thanks and keep walking if you don't want to buy and once you get to the pools there are no hawkers.
