You are 100% correct, Rudy has new partners (an aussie & a Kiwi) and they are jointly renovating the old bar areas, including a new 2nd level overlooking the pool. (the pool and pool bar is also being renovated). The new bar will run 24hours and i have been told that they will be open in time for the world cup on the 11th June.
