Even right next door (towards Kerobokan) there is a large place with some big carved stuff that may be able to advise you.
It may pay to have a run along that strip, although I think you will have to commission the work unless you are very lucky indeed.
As Clovis says, you really need some sort of certificate or assurance that the timber has been kiln dried, or the thing will shrink and warp a lot in dryer climates.
The Bali Advertiser often has adds for those who specialise in kiln drying or moisture extraction.
