A couple of weeks ago i decided to see what VIPVOA is all about and i went through Hadi.
We were seated in row one on the plane but because of the bus pick up on arrival, having row one made no difference in time.
We got through immigration and customs about 4 mins before everyone else on our plane and had to wait for the luggage to appear, along with non VIP passengers.
( I think if we'd done it on our own we would have been trailing behind everyone else. We usually are. )
Although we didn't go through much faster than anyone else i can see the benefits of having something like this in place.
I still don't understand the legalities of it all.
It doesn't even need to be a service that pushes people through before everyone else. For some elderly persons, solo child passengers, nervous travellers going o/s for the first time, it might be good to be accompanied through the arrival procedures. Legally.
