can anyone advise if i'll be able to withdraw cash with an ANZ eftpos card in Bali..
Also, sorry if this is a stupid question, but how do i tell the difference betwee somewhere i can barter and somewhere fixed price? obviously i haven't been before, going over in a couple of weeks..
