Best time to travel betweenJuly -Sept

Hey
Can anyone tell me when is a good time to go to Bali from July through to September? Which month is the quieter time and best weather wise. Also, looking at Oct thru December. The Jetstar sales are on!!
I normally go January so not sure about these other months. I would really appreciate anyone's input on this. Thanks everyone
