You need to phone them on their 1300 number. Have the booking numbers and tell them you would like the taxes refunded. They will credit the taxes back to your credit card that you paid for the tickets with. Mine took 45 days and I only got back $64.00 of the $67.00 tax I paid. When I rang to query this they said it was to do with the exchange rate...... I think not, I think someone is pocketing the odd $ here and there.
