booked over the internet through our accomodation in Nusa Lembongan in March. All went well, picked up from Legian and transfered. payment is in Rupiah, however I had decidedx to pay by credit card, so they took me to their office near boat transfer, and told me an ATM machine was next door, so I used it and paid them in cash at their office. Remember to take enough cash with you to the island, as your money change places do not have as good an exchange rate as the mainland.
