I am happy that now everybody goes through the same immigration process which was my only concern.
Queue jumping to a certain extent is fine with most even if you have paid somebody to stand in line for you.
If the queue is two hours long then representative 2 will have to queue for two hours,if they get to the front before VIPs turn up then the people behind can go first until they do turn up.
Where there could be animosity from some is if representative 2 doesn't actually queue at all and just jumps into the front once VIPs are ready!
This still doesn't bother me as i have seen it happen quite often for families with small children.
No different to when you board a plane,first class,business class,people with small children,frail and disabled go first no matter who was in the lounge first!
