Allow about 4 hours, but naturally depends on time of day and traffic, and where in Amed you will leave from.
Heading south, double back to Seririt heading SE, and then south around Lake Buyan toward Ubud.
Road may be busy, and quite a few trucks.
It will probably be a 5 hour ride, or more if you stop to take in the great views.
