We have just come back and took 2 kg of minced meat with us for the kids. I also take a block of cheese and dips as well as 4lt of fresh milk. I freeze the milk and use these as esky bricks in a padded esky bag and check this though with our other luggage. I alwways declare it and have never had any problems.
