we came through yesterday, seemed to be a few planes in just before us and many behind. You now pay for and collect Visa from the left hand side of the room and then move to the right hand side to line up and wait for the immigration. Took us approx 1 1/2 hours to get through here. They weren't fingerprinting as yet so only photos were taken and this is done whilst your visa etc is being processed, so only the 1 counter now. Fingerprint machines are installed but not up and running yet, but wouldn't add much extra time on cos they are located exactly beneath the camera. Once you are through you collect your bags then go through x-ray and you're free. good luck
