Just got this message from Murti, I was hoping something might be sorted by the time we leave at the end of May. Email as below.

Herewith we inform you that the VIP service from the
date of April 30' 2010 is temporarily unavailable.
We are still waiting the information from the immigration
authorities to ensure the VIP service back running as normal.
We will notify you if any developments as soon as possible.

We'll keep your booking.

If there is anything we can do for you please let us know because
we also can help you to find accommodation and of course we'll
give you a good price and cheaper than the price to the hotel
directly.
We apologize for this inconvenience due to this all the rules
of our government.
