I am glad you got yours sorted. I have called 3 times in 4 days to no avail. I can have a refund, change dates or suck it up. Needless to say a customer lost today is a customer lost forever...I will never fly virgin again.... I say good luck to the air hostess with my kids in transit for 11 hours. I even ask them would they be feeding us seems we are in transit for extra 3.5 hours, no of course. Will they entertain my kids in flight no of course not......
