Activities for 8 yr old in Bali

My sister is taking her 8yr old niece to Bali for 6 days. They are staying at the Hard Rock Hotel and although they have been to Bali many times they have never travelled there with a child.

We are wondering what activites there are to suit an 8 yr old (non adventurous) girl not including the activities at the Hard Rock.
