SKYPE or Video Link Up with Oz

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knows of any good internet cafe's that have the ability to do video link up to Australia (something like SKYPE)? This will be the first time I leave my little man (he's 9 months old and cannot talk as such) and I wanted to be able to see him while I talk to him whilst I am away.
