reliable, well informed driver with A/C

My wife and I will be in Ubud for a week or two April 18 and would like to hire a driver/tour guide for day trips, sightseeing, light hikes, etc. (apparently, from reading posts here, hiring a driver/guide is the way to go). What's the best way to find a reliable, informed driver with A/C? Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
