I stayed here two years ago and I am looking forward to coming back this September. My wife & I will be there for the independence day celebrations and Military Parade. The Hotel staff speak very good english and are very helpful in every need that may arise.
This hotel is a great place for the money and it is right in the middle of the Historic Center and walking distance to one of the busiest and best subway systems in the world.
Just use caution at night! maybe it's me ,but I felt a little uncomfortable walking around there at night.
The only drawback from my experience there was the lack of Taxi's that pass by the Hotel.
Many times I had to go to the Zocalo area to hail a Taxi.
But all in all I had a GREAT TIME!
