we booked with virgin november and they sent us email changing my wives and 4 year old daughters flight from denpasar to sydney and thru to canberra to denpasar perth melbourne and then canberra. when asked them about this they said they had changed my flight as well but left my 16 daughter on the denpasar sydney flight. after this trip we will definately stay with garuda. after a fairly heated phone call we are all on the same flight but the lady couldnt understand why i was slightly p***ed off
