Hello Colleen
Hope you made it home safely and are doing well. I wanted to thank you for your suggestions for repairs and also to apologize for all the inconvenience you had while staying at my house in Bali.
It was the first time I have had an unhappy guest and I am truly sorry.
As you know, the previous guest who stayed at my house had been there for a long time and left the house with many problems. This all happened just as my housekeeper left for her maternity leave. So, the house had been neglected.
I have recently replaced the pool pump, the pool filter, the air conditioning, the water pump and the staff.
I was sorry to see a post recently about your dissatisfaction. I thought we had come to an agreement when I visited you at the beach house. You seemed satisfied when we spoke and was happy that I gave you 50% discount.
As for your comment about me not caring about my property, or hiding out in Ubud, that is just is not true.
I simply was unaware that there were problems, or that children who had stayed just prior to you had broken the pool filters. In fact, it wasn't until about a week after you left that I saw the filters laying on the bottom of the pool. I am sure this was the cause of the pools problems.
So, a new pump, new filter covers, and changing the water completely has finally solved the problems.
I just noticed a note up on this forum and am hoping to alleviate any concerns for future guests. Would you mind giving me your feed back now so I can be sure you are not still unhappy.
Thank you so much,
Amana
