here we go again can you ever say anything nice clovis as my emotions being in check maybe you should head your own advise?You clearly are ready to jump on anyone and attack .As far as having my say Im entitled to describing my emotions anyway I like, dont need you to give me a lecture or analize me on the forum everytime I speak!As for telling the Indonesian government what to do it never entered my head but I do feel as a regular and caring tourist to the balinese and i have recently spoke to many friends who make their living from the beaches that they are upset and unable to do anything to stop the destruction of the trees and I do want to help?My first trip to bali was 30 years ago that strip at kuta and legian was a beautiful site of rice paddie fields and cows and TREES!!!!!!We arnt the only ones who use the trees or have you not noticed the balinese sitting or sleeping under them?I never wanted people to boycott bali or upset the government one of my best friends is married to a government official and another friend is high up in the police force Im not the type to make trouble for the indonseian government by telling them WHAT TO DO but sending a message to them to let them know that not all aussie tourists want the trees cut down is not a protest but a fact!!!!!(the indonesian government is well aware how important aussie tourists are)they certaintly helped the japanese tourists when they complained about street sellers)whether the government(I doubt)would take any notice but if we all sat back in the world and not complained of things we felt unreasonable doings in our country or any other country it would be sad.I have every intention to contact someone in bali who in someway can pass on my disapproval of what they are doing with the trees i will! clovis you do not need to disect everything I say in my posts - p.s.I also sit on deck chairs on beach its a way of saying a point of view about some tourists I know who dont leave the hotel to get to know the balinese or explore the culture it did not need your attack on such a minor quote.Again youve taken a serious subject to myself and others - CUTTING DOWN THE TREES and used it to add your nastiness - thanks again clovis once again Im back to never reading your posts again what a waste! here again Im defending myself something I am deadset against but you always bring out the worst in me!
