I've been there a few times over the last two trips and travel time from Legian varied from 10-15min one trip, but then a few days later it would be well over half an hour to 45min.
What we have found with Dr Rudy is that it's worth checking in with them if you do arrive a bit early as they can often get you in. We were nearly an hour early once and still managed to get straight in and were out again before our appointment time even arrived.
