Firstly, I doubt that anywhere would be able to make what you want within a few days.
Secondly, I STRONGLY discourage you from having any rings made in Bali using rings & gems you already have. I took an inherited ring to a very highly recommended jeweller to be remodelled & it was an utter nightmare. I was ripped off big time. Once I posted of my experience many other people reported similar experiences or having stones fall out or having diamonds replaced with czs etc.
For your wedding rings have them made by a reputable jeweller in Australia.
