I was wondering the same.
My Parents have just picked up their 60 day visa and travel in 2 weeks.
I assumed that their visa was not classed as a "Short Stay Visa".
They have already submitted their photo ID to get Visa.
All short stay visa holders must que for photo and finger printing.
Will wait to see what happens in the next week or so I guess.
