On our behalf I think you should lead the protest and chain yourself to all the trees to stop them being cut down!!!! I would if I could but I wont be there until June and that will be too late.
I think the tree protester guy in WA lasted for months. So, show us how strong you Adelaidians are and make a stand for us. I'm sure visiting BTFers would bring supplies and refreshments to help you :-)
