One would assume that for an Indonesian living in Bali setting up an iprimus account in Australia would be quite difficult ..and to what purpose (when they could any other on the internet and indeed possibly have au at the end ..eg yahoo)
However someone who is an Australian friend & already has an account/s with iprimus probably would find it relatively easy to set one up for them.
Also as most? of the emails for the service would come from westerners through BTF etc then it would make sense to have that western friend access/answer said emails as well.
