we did the class 2 years ago and thought it was definately worth the money.
Heinz is a very interesting bloke and the class is full on, making a big range of dishes, authentic Balinese style.
The market visits are fun and informative, and the breakfast and lunch are superb.
You'll love it.
Can't remember seeing his books, but I'm sure if you request them when booking, he will have them available.
