Mr Know-It-All says it doesn't start until May 1. Ergo, it has not happened to your friends nor to my husband last Friday (photo only, luckily for him). Figments of their imaginations.
Seriously, this IS going to be a big hassle for people arriving in Bali. Hope it's sorted by mid May. And I am wondering about VIPVOA - will they finance a special separate desk to take the pics & prints or take a desk away from people who choose not to pay the extra cost?
