If flying out of Port Hedland to Bali with Skywest you can buy duty free liquor through Sealanes in Port Hedland Mon - Fri only, or alternatively if you have more the 10 days to go you can buy duty free through JR Duty free in Hay street Mall Perth. Just ring them up and fax through documentation they will send up all duty free and you are allowed to pack this in your suitcases to be stored in the under carriage. You must hand over your duty free receipts to security girls at the airport. Port Hedland is the only international that allows this to be done. Hope this helps ( JR Duty free MUCH cheaper that Bali airport!!)
