I thought personal messages were a "no no". Please don't think I am having a go at you Colleen....cos I'm not. But I posted a thank you to you the other day for bringing your bad experiencce to our attention and it was deleted immediately as have a couple of previous equally unoffensive personal messages.
Don't know about anyone else, but I find it hard to follow the rules here sometimes.
