I had to cancel our trip because of bowel cancer last year. Was one of the lucky ones and operable and now clear. We are now going on 11th may and looking forward to it tremendously. No trouble with puting on hold with a letter from my doctor.
I wouldnt have a colonoscopy when nagged to by my doctor, just said no cancer in my family so no need. But it came and kicked me in the bum literally. No pain or warning. Go and have your tests everyone and follow up.
