she stayed at the White Rose, then the Dewi Sri. With the family she has also stayed at the Dynasty, Bali Garden Hotel, Ida Hotel, Secret Garden Hotel and over in Sanur and Tanjung Benoa.
Dewi Sri is a good choice for young ones, close to the nightclubs so not far to walk home and close to shopping. Excellent money changer on the opposite corner to the Memorial at the start of Poppies Lane 2. The pool is large enough and always enough loungers and sometimes they have activities on. No pool bar at present but one being built as we speak as is the renovations to the pool and surrounds.
Basic breakfast and good meals, lock up boxes at reception for money, so no problems with safes, friendly staff, nice bar area for meeting people.
Only problem is the lane to the Dewi Sri and the hassling hawkers but as she's been before she'll know to say no thankyou time and time again.
No problems with taxi's or transport getting to here either.
