both have a number of optical dispensers who I have used in the past. I have taken my script & chosen frames. Costs for same script have varied dependant on frames. Quality of lense/frame have been good.
The fact that my private health insurance no longer give a rebate on glasses dispensed overseas is relevant to the total expense. If you have private health cover & in view of so many discounts at home now, it may be more cost effective to purchase at home. Maybe worthwhile getting a cost at home first, then making the decision when in Bali.
