Dear Jo and family..I feel for you all and as you said..hope this health warning may help another. Dont know about Virgin but would do as other poster suggested..email them explaining..keep the credit in the system if you can financially...cos I know, Bali is a healing place when all the world tumbles down..I wish you both strength.
