I have found in the last 8 years that if there is a problem with your meal, they would come straight over and ask what is wrong and if you would like something else, and if not they are happy to not charge you. What else do you dam well want them to do???? I have had shocking meals at other restaurants and they dont give a rats if its bad and they certainly dont offer to scrap your bill....you have to pay up..
