In fact, you may find you will just be sent out to buy them once you arrive at the hospital so why not bring them over to save of the difficulty of the language barrier and ensure she has the best quality.
For convenience, if her insurance will cover it (unlikely, I think as it did not happen while travelling), then try the expensive BIMC near Kuta, or SOS up the road.
Personally, I live here and I won't go to the hospitals here, I'd rather fly to Singapore, I have heard (and witnessed) more horror stories than I can take from the hospital, just had another one this past week. A young Indian man was told he needed his leg amputated or he would die (just another tourist trying a motorcycle out as he thought it might be fun, just riding around the grounds outside his hotel in Nusa Dua last week), he died 2 days after the amputation due to the infection caused by surgery.
