I can't see what two broken arms has to do with getting a wheelchair if the child had a broken leg I could understand your situation .
Having personal experience with getting our disabled son around the streets and shops in Bali with in a wheelchair I can assure you it is both taxing mentally and physically on you or whoever chooses to push the wheelchair and not an enjoyable experience .
Having said that the Safari Park has really shown the rest of Bali how things should be done with ramping right throughout the park making all areas reachable for people with disabilities and mobility problems .
