Child friendly eating and drinking

I know that the Balinese always make the kids welcome but does anyone know of any places to go for meals that may have any entertainment for the kids. First trip with 3 & 4 year old. The last thing I want is my kids running around disturbing all the lucky ones that got to leave their kids at home.
