very helpful in getting you on and off the plane with assistance although they may not take the whole family through together. A wheelchair in Bali is doable but you will find it hardgoing. There are only a few shops that will get you entry without stairs or escalators. A wheelchair could be handy for say the Safari park or depending on your hotel for around the grounds. I have done a JBR (just back report) on taking a person to Bali in a wheelchair , you may be able to find it in the archives under my name.
