It may be worth knowing that stage 1 is three storey, and stage 2 is 4 storey.
Stage 1 has no lift, whereas stage 2 does.
In stage 1, only one ground floor by pool 2+2 is rented out, and this is 103.
There are a couple in stage 2, and all these are good units.
I doubt there is much difference in the remaining apartments, but it may be handy to know about the lift v's no lift.
